Men’s T20I Rankings: Abhishek Sharma and Varun Chakravarthy Lead
The International Cricket Council (ICC) released the latest T20I rankings for men, with Indian players Abhishek Sharma and Varun Chakravarthy retaining top positions.
Top Batters
Young Indian opener Abhishek Sharma tops the batters’ list with 925 rating points, followed by England’s Phil Salt and Tilak Verma. India’s T20 captain, Suryakumar Yadav, is the only other Indian in the top ten, ranked eighth.
Leading Bowlers
Spinner Varun Chakravarthy remains the highest-ranked T20I bowler. Australia’s seamer Josh Hazlewood, who has climbed two spots to tenth, is among the biggest gainers after his performance against India. Chakravarthy is followed by West Indies’ Akeal Hosain and Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan. No other Indian bowler features near the top.
Allrounders
Hardik Pandya is the only Indian allrounder in the top ten of the T20 rankings, positioned fourth.
