Tim David Breaks T20 International Six Record
Tim David has hit the longest six in T20 International history, helping Australia post a strong total of 186 in the third T20 match against India in Hobart on Sunday night.
A Historic and Powerful Strike
After early dismissals of Travis Head and Josh Inglis, Tim David came to the crease and dominated India’s bowlers at Bellerive Oval, reaching a half-century in just 23 balls. He struck a massive six off Indian spinner Axar Patel that nearly left the stadium.
Fox Cricket’s statisticians calculated the six traveled 129 metres, making it the longest six ever recorded in T20 internationals.
