First and Last Bakery, LLC of Hartford, CT, is recalling certain tomato sauce products due to a potential health risk identified by the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection.
The sauces were distributed in Connecticut and Massachusetts, mainly through Big Y and possibly other retailers, from September 22, 2025, through October 28, 2025. Sales and production have been suspended to comply with regulatory standards.

Other symptoms may include breathing problems, muscle weakness, abdominal swelling, and constipation.
No illnesses related to the products have been reported so far.
