Wallabies Welcome Back Carter Gordon
Rugby Australia has confirmed the return of "quality player" Carter Gordon after a brief spell in rugby league.
I’ve watched both Queensland and the Wallabies from afar over the past year or so, and the journey they’re on motivates me to want to work hard and contribute positively on and off the field.
Gordon, 24, has signed a three-year contract with Rugby Australia and the Queensland Reds until 2028, after leaving rugby union in 2024 to join the Gold Coast Titans in the NRL.
His stint with the Titans was cut short due to an ongoing neck injury, which required surgery after a spinal fluid leak.
Gordon made only one first-team appearance for the Titans in the NRL before his injury forced him to undergo surgery.
