Elder Gérald Caussé, previously serving as the Presiding Bishop, has been called to join the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The call was announced on Thursday, November 6, 2025, and Elder Caussé was set apart by President Dallin H. Oaks along with other members of the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.
