Experience a de-aged Will fleeing from a tree-climbing Demogorgon before the final season of Stranger Things premieres this November on Netflix.
Ahead of its staggered release, Netflix shared the first five minutes of the last season on YouTube for fans to enjoy.
The short trailer embraces nostalgia, starting much like Netflix’s Season 5 promotion. Instead of reaction clips from the cast, viewers are transported back to November 1983, the setting of the first season.
Here, we see Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) depicted as a de-aged CGI character with his signature bowl-cut hairstyle, facing off against the Demogorgon.
While Will is unconscious, the Demogorgon drags his limp body back to Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower), who remains a lurking presence, manipulating events from the shadows.
The Demogorgon “calms his nerves, singing The Clash’s ‘Should I Stay or Should I Go.’”
Summary: The teaser plunges fans back into the show's 1983 roots, blending suspense and nostalgia as Will confronts both familiar and new threats before the final season.
