The first teaser for Early Days, an Indian drama exploring influencer culture, has been released ahead of its world premiere at the Red Sea International Film Festival. Set in Mumbai, the film examines the challenges faced by a young couple navigating love, ambition, and economic survival amid rising social media exposure.

Film Details and Festival Selection

Directed by debut feature filmmaker Priyankar Patra, this India-Singapore co-production has been selected for the festival’s New Visions Competition, running in December. The film blends cinematic realism with social media aesthetics to portray "what happens when life itself becomes performance," according to Patra.

“I wanted to tell a story that feels intimate but universal,” said Patra, who has previously produced several international festival titles under the For Films banner.
