Teen Vogue Merges With Vogue.com

Teen Vogue will continue under its own name and mission as it merges with Vogue.com. Chloe Malle, Vogue's editorial content head, will oversee both properties to expand the brand’s reach.

Versha Sharma, Teen Vogue's editor-in-chief, is expected to leave the company following the merger, though no exact date for her departure has been provided.

“I remember when Teen Vogue launched, I read every page on the bus home from cross-country practice,” said Chloe Malle. “I loved it then and I love and respect it now and am committed to continuing and supporting its point of view and sensibility.”

This move reflects Vogue's focus on engaging younger audiences, who currently drive significant digital growth and make up more than half of Vogue’s social media followers and YouTube viewers.

Anna Wintour, global chief content officer for Condé Nast, said, “As the media industry changes so quickly, we are thrilled to have Teen Vogue join the Vogue platform, allowing its content to reach a larger audience and inspire young people globally.”

“We’re so grateful for Versha’s leadership and the impact she’s had during her time at Teen Vogue,” Wintour added.

This integration aims to strengthen the overall brand while preserving Teen Vogue’s unique voice and mission.

Summary: Teen Vogue will merge with Vogue.com under Chloe Malle’s oversight, as part of Vogue’s strategy to grow its younger audience, while maintaining Teen Vogue’s distinct identity.
