Patti Smith appeared on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, where she reflected on her groundbreaking album Horses and her latest memoir, Bread of Angels. During the show, she also performed “Peaceable Kingdom” from her 2004 album Trampin’ alongside Tony Shanahan.
Next week, Smith will begin a North American tour in celebration of the 50th anniversary of her seminal album Horses. This landmark album was named the 17th greatest of all time by Consequence in 2022.
