Sources close to Sheep Esports have revealed that Kacper “Inspired” Słoma will join LYON for the 2026 League of Legends Championship Series (LCS). The Polish jungler has decided not to renew his contract with FlyQuest but will continue his professional career in the North American region under the Latin American organization.
The two-time LCS MVP reportedly received several offers, including a potential return to Europe, an extension with FlyQuest, and interest from Team Liquid. However, LYON secured his commitment by presenting the highest offer among all teams.
“Inspired will be among the highest-paid players in the LCS, if not the highest, in 2026,” sources stated.
LYON promised a competitive lineup for the upcoming season. The roster includes midlaner Kang “Saint” Sung-in, and the organization is also in talks to import a reputable AD Carry from South Korea to strengthen their team further.
During this offseason, LYON parted ways with most members of their 2025 roster, as well as with head coach Gabriel “Khynm” Roussy and strategic coach Tobías “Pointless” Riscica. Both coaches had guided LYON to championship victories in 2023 and 2024. The team is currently in discussions with several experienced Latin American coaches to fill these vacancies.
LYON aims to reclaim its championship form following a disappointing season debut in the Latin American scene. Their recent moves signal a renewed focus on winning and building a sustainable competitive legacy.
Inspired’s move to LYON marks one of the most significant roster shifts of the 2026 LCS season, symbolizing the organization’s strong ambition to reclaim its championship dominance.
