John Lewis unveils £10m store

The John Lewis Partnership has unveiled a £10m extension to its flagship Oxford Street store, marking a significant investment in the retailer's London operations.

The new 30,000 sq ft store will provide customers with a more extensive range of products and services, including a revamped food hall and a new beauty department.

John Lewis & Partners' managing director, Paula Nickolds, said: “This new store is a symbol of our commitment to investing in London and our customers. We're creating a unique shopping experience that will set a new standard for retail in the capital."

The extension features a number of innovative design elements, including a living wall and a peaceful relaxation area.

John Lewis & Partners has invested £10m in the new store, which is expected to create over 100 new jobs.
