Burton Bridge Ministry Names New Executive Director
The Burton Bridge Ministry has announced Dr. Cynthia Carter-Horn as its new executive director, succeeding Debbie Schroeder.
Dr. Carter-Horn, a resident of Burton, has over 30 years of experience in higher education, having worked at Tarleton State University, Texas A&M University-Central Texas, and Prairie View A&M University.
She recently retired as Senior Vice President for Business Affairs and Chief Financial Officer from Prairie View A&M University.
Dr. Carter-Horn also has experience working with a nonprofit agency that assisted at-risk youth, where she worked with local, state, and federal agencies, fundraised, and wrote grants.
Dr. Cynthia Carter-Horn is the new executive director of Burton Bridge Ministry.
