Markel International Appoints New Chief Underwriting Officer
Markel International has named Tom Hillier as chief underwriting officer and revealed a new structure for its operations.
Hillier has been with Markel since December 2023, most recently as managing director – specialty, after launching its specialty practice within its international wholesale division.
He will oversee underwriting strategy and governance across Markel’s international operations.
