A Johnson County man, Rocky Darin Harless, 41, was arrested after firing a gun near seven people at a home on KY Route 201.
Deputies from the Johnson County Sheriff's Office responded to a complaint on October 8 and found Harless laying on a bed.
Harless told police he was going to kill himself but he didn’t have the guts to do it.
According to the arrest citation, Harless had fired a weapon through a mirror on a wall where seven people had been nearby. He was charged with fourth-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, and first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer.
