Arrests Near Yoctangee Park
Two people were arrested on Sunday afternoon in Chillicothe, Ohio, after a man was seen attempting to conceal drugs while walking with a woman and a young child near Yoctangee Park.
According to police, officers were dispatched to the area of North Mulberry Street and East Water Street on October 12 after receiving reports of a man using drugs while caring for a child.
