Kosciusko BZA Approves Mineral Extraction In Ag District For North Webster Business

In a 3-1 vote, the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals approved a North Webster business extracting minerals in an agricultural district.

Sterling Contracting, a North Webster business, presented a petition for an exception for mineral extraction in an agricultural district. The property is located on the north side of CR 500N, west of CR 850E, North Webster.
