Memorial for Haylee Ryan grows as community calls for improved bike lane safety

A newly released traffic report shows that a bus driver was at fault in a deadly accident involving a northwest valley student last week.

According to CCSD, the bus driver remains with the District and has been assigned to other duties that do not involve transporting children.

A memorial continues to grow outside Lied STEM Academy in honor of 12-year-old Haylee Ryan.

A 10-page report of the Oct. accident has been released, shedding light on the circumstances surrounding the incident.

No comment from officials on the findings of the report.
