Black Coffee’s sister slams Enhle Mbali’s claim for half of DJ’s R1billion fortune – Nehanda Radio

Dispute Over Black Coffee's Fortune

Black Coffee's sister, Lungie Maphumulo, has expressed doubts that Enhle Mbali will receive half of her ex-husband's estimated US$60 million (R1.38 billion) fortune.

A court recently ruled that their customary marriage was legitimate, despite the couple having signed an antenuptial contract (ANC) before their wedding.

Enhle Mbali confirmed that the South Gauteng High Court ruled in her favour, recognizing her customary marriage with Black Coffee as valid and in community of property.

Black Coffee had sought to enforce the antenuptial contract instead.

After six years of legal struggles, the court officially recognised her customary marriage with Black Coffee as valid and in community of property.

Author's summary: Black Coffee's sister doubts Enhle Mbali will get half of his fortune.
