Together Extends Dual Representation to Scotland
Specialist lender Together has announced the extension of its dual representation proposition to Scotland, effective from 17 October 2025.
Dual representation in Scotland applies to unregulated loans up to £500,000 secured against residential property, aligning with Together's existing proposition in England and Wales.
This extension enables a single solicitor to act for both Together and the customer, streamlining the legal process for a faster, more cost-effective experience.
Note that this extension applies exclusively to commercial finance transactions.
