A study published in BMJ Open analyzed eight observational studies involving 301,533 people, examining 15 dietary factors through questionnaires, and found that a diet rich in fruits, fibre, dairy, and caffeine might lower the risk of developing tinnitus.

While there is currently no cure for tinnitus, treatment typically focuses on managing the symptoms.
