Irgens Breaks Ground on Cielo Vista Medical Commons
Irgens has commenced construction on Cielo Vista Medical Commons, a two-phase medical office development in Peoria, Arizona.
The project, situated at 26425 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway, will provide up to 80,000 square feet of rentable space across two buildings on 6.6 acres.
Marketing the property for lease are Sheila Bale and Erika Eckblad of Cushman & Wakefield.
Project Phases
- Phase I: The Lake Building, a 30,178-square-foot, single-story medical office building with adjacent parking and site infrastructure, slated for completion in June 2026.
- Phase II: The Summit Building, a 50,000-square-foot, two-story multi-tenant office building with a gurney-sized elevator and additional parking.
Both buildings will feature brick masonry facades, flexible floor plates, and state-of-the-art HVAC systems, delivered in shell condition.
