Conor Commercial and Globe Corp. to Develop Industrial Project in Phoenix
Conor Commercial Real Estate, in partnership with Globe Corp., has acquired a 40-acre land parcel in Phoenix for $24.7 million.
The company plans to develop a 453,708-square-foot industrial project, featuring four buildings with sizes ranging from 88,512 to 167,040 square feet.
- Buildings will be designed for light distribution, assembly, or advanced manufacturing
- 32- to 36-foot clear heights
- Minimum of 3,000-amp electrical service per building
- Oversized drive-in doors and abundant employee parking
Construction is expected to start in early Q2 2026, with completion planned for late Q2 2027. Ware Malcomb will provide design-build services, and Kimley-Horn will handle civil engineering services.
