Proposals for glamping cabins, along with a café, shop, and studio space, on unused land at Dollar Golf Course have been approved despite 22 objections.
Nicholas Poett, director of Harviestoun Estates, submitted a planning application to build seven cabins, a facilities unit, and repurpose the greenkeepers hut on the eastern section of the former 18-hole course.
The proposal also seeks an extension to the existing car parking area and the installation of a solar array, with a change of use of the existing clubhouse, to a more multi-functional space with a café, shop, business, and studio space in one.
