Board Wielding Man Arrested for Assault
Sedalia Police responded to a report of a subject on a bicycle being chased by a subject on foot with a board at 701 South Ohio.
On Wednesday at 10:58 p.m., officers arrived on scene, located the suspect, and a physical altercation ensued when the suspect became uncooperative.
47-year-old Travis Lee Brown was subdued, placed in a WRAP restraint, and taken into custody. During the deployment of the WRAP, an officer was assaulted by Brown.

- 4th degree assault on a LEO
Brown was transported to BRHC for a fit-for-confinement check and then to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold, with a court date set.
