Defence Minister David McGuinty informed the House of Commons defence committee that the contract with Armatec Survivability to refurbish 25 light armoured vehicles had been cancelled, but he couldn't provide a reason for the decision.
The company claims it is still "ready, willing and able to supply" the vehicles.
