Acquisition of Manx Telecom Group
CVC DIF and Jersey Telecom are set to acquire Manx Telecom Group, the incumbent telecommunications provider on the Isle of Man, from Basalt Infrastructure Partners.
Manx Telecom Group is an integrated incumbent digital-infrastructure platform on the Isle of Man, providing broadband, fixed line, mobile and secure data services to residential, business and public sector customers.

The investment will be made through DIF Infrastructure VIII and is expected to close in Q4 of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
