FrieslandCampina-Milcobel Merger Approved
The European Commission has approved the proposed merger between Dutch dairy producer FrieslandCampina and Belgian dairy company Milcobel.
This approval is the last required worldwide from authorities, according to FrieslandCampina.
The merger is part of FrieslandCampina's reorganization program, launched in 2023 to optimize commercial operations.
