Battlefield 6’s New Free-To-Play Battle Royale Mode Launches Tomorrow
The rumors are true: Battlefield 6 is getting a free-to-play battle royale mode.
As announced on the Battlefield Twitter account, the new mode, known as RedSec, will be free-to-play and does not require the purchase of the main game.
The mode will launch at 8:00 am Pacific time.
A teaser on the Battlefield Twitter account reads: "Eyes up. Plates on. #REDSEC arrives tomorrow at 8:00 PT / 15:00 UTC"
The mode has been in testing and several changes based on player feedback have been made, as stated on the Battlefield 6 Steam page.
