NDP fundraiser claims U.S. corporate money funding Yukon Party ‘attack ads’

NDP Fundraiser Claims U.S. Corporate Money Funding Yukon Party 'Attack Ads'

The Yukon NDP has been unable to back up its claim since the party put out a fundraising email.

The Yukon NDP is trying to draw prospective voters' and donors' attention to what the political party calls "attack ads" by the Yukon Party, one of the NDP's rivals in the 2025 general territorial elections.

"The energy on the ground is electric. But as our campaign grows, the Conservative Yukon Party is panicking. They're flush with corporate cash, including from American companies, and they're spending tons of it on attack ads,"

reads the NDP's fundraising email on Oct. However, the NDP has been unable to direct the News to any so-called "attack ads" by the Yukon Party.

The News hasn't witnessed any Yukon Party advertisements with negative comments about its rivals on social media, online, on the radio, in the newspaper or elsewhere in recent weeks.
