Forever Canadian Bus Tour
Thomas Lukaszuk visited Whitecourt, Edson, and Hinton in October as part of the Forever Canadian petition against Alberta separatism.
The petition, which aims to gather 293,976 signatures, asks: "Do you agree that Alberta should remain in Canada?"
"In Hinton, I was shocked – they really pulled in a lot of signatures,"
Lukaszuk said, describing the support from the region as "phenomenal." Several Whitecourt residents have become official canvassers for the petition.
