Novacap Invests in TAG Towers
Novacap has made an investment in TAG Towers, a developer and operator of wireless tower infrastructure based in Richmond, Kentucky.
As the fifth platform investment by Novacap's Digital Infrastructure sector, TAG Towers was founded in 2008 by a group of wireless industry professionals.
“TAG’s strong execution track record makes them a natural fit for our digital infrastructure portfolio. We’re proud to support their next phase of growth as demand for wireless infrastructure continues to surge,” said Ted Mocarski, senior partner, head of digital infrastructure at Novacap.
David Ginter serves as co-founder and president of TAG Towers. The financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
