A judge has ruled that Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, will be allowed to wear street clothes during his trial, but must be physically restrained.
Charlie Kirk, a right-wing political activist, was assassinated during a speaking engagement at Utah Valley University in September.
The judge made the decision during a virtual court hearing on Monday.
Robinson, 22, surrendered to police after a 33-hour manhunt following the incident.
