Keurig Dr Pepper Shares Updates For Plan To Split Into 2 Companies
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has announced a timeline to separate into two companies by the end of 2026: "Global Coffee Co." and "Beverage Co."
KDP made this decision after acquiring JDE Peet’s in August, following the 2018 merger of Keurig Green Mountain and Dr Pepper Snapple Group.
KDP CEO Tim Cofer stated that the goal is to create "two winning companies – a global coffee powerhouse and the most agile North American beverage leader."
