Halloween is a happy time for children, filling their bags with colorful sugar concoctions, but this Halloween may be a little less happy, as a high projected "parent tax" on candy is expected to be higher than usual.
According to local Circleville parents, the reason for the high "parent tax" is
because of inflation and higher gasoline prices, I guess.
Studies also show that the more candy parents take in taxes, the lower the percentage of dental costs throughout the year.
