Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony Celebrates Completion of Bass Road Improvement Project
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Wednesday to mark the completion of the Bass Road Improvement Project in Allen County.
The project, which was part of the Allen County 2030 Transportation Plan, has been completed after years of work. Improvements include:
