Flat Fire in Island Town Extinguished
Firefighters from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service attended a fire in a flat on Victoria Road, Ventnor, on the Isle of Wight, on Thursday, October 30.
The fire was reported just after 6:30pm, and two crews swiftly extinguished the blaze. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, according to a spokesperson.
Crews remained at the scene to ventilate the smoke from the property.
This incident was handled in accordance with the Independent Press Standards Organisation's Editors' Code of Practice.
No injuries were reported.
