Cineworld Luxury Upgrade at Silverburn
Cineworld has unveiled a luxury upgrade at its Silverburn location, featuring new recliner seats as part of a £35 million nationwide investment.
- Six of the cinema's 12 screens now have recliner seats made from recycled materials, designed for a "zero gravity" sensation.
- The remaining six screens will be upgraded in a second phase.
In addition to the recliners, a new 4DX auditorium will launch later this year, featuring motion-synchronised seats and environmental effects.
4DX technology includes wind, water spray, scents, bubbles, fog, and strobe lighting, creating a more immersive experience.
These upgrades follow research and development aimed at improving comfort and visual experience for audiences.
