Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Makes World Series History

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has accomplished something for the Blue Jays that puts him in World Series lore with Barry Bonds.

The Toronto Blue Jays currently lead the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-2, thanks in part to Guerrero's performance in Game 5.

He has reached base 14 times and hit two homers in this World Series. The only other player to reach those stats in the first five World Series games of his career was Barry Bonds in 2002.

Initially, through the first three games, Guerrero reached base but didn't hit a home run. However, in Game 4, he hit a home run off Shohei Ohtani, giving the Jays the lead, which they maintained.
