Sapphire Edge AI Mini PC
Sapphire Technology, a company known for making graphics cards and motherboards, has introduced the Sapphire Edge AI, a mini PC featuring an AMD Ryzen AI 300 series processor.
The compact motherboard supports up to 96GB of RAM and two SSDs, packed into a custom chassis measuring 117 x 111 x 30mm.
- Entry-level: AMD Ryzen AI 5 340 Krackan Point processor
- Higher-priced models: Ryzen AI 7 350 Krackan Point or Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 Strix Point chips
The processors combine AMD Zen 5 CPU architecture with RDNA 3.5 integrated graphics and an NPU capable of delivering up to 50 TOPS of AI performance.
Pricing and availability details are not yet available, but the system will be sold as a barebones system with three processor options.
