This November, The Pizza Project has launched its first-ever hairy crab pizza at its Central and Wan Chai locations.
With hairy crab season in full swing, The Pizza Project is offering a few dishes that go beyond the usual steamed whole hairy crab and hairy crab xiao long bao.
Menu Highlights
- Hairy crab pizza (HKD298): a base of fior di latte topped with rich, umami hairy crab roe.
- Crab montanara (HKD130): a deep-fried dough bite made with crab, burrata, basil, and tomato.
Both dishes can be ordered as part of the set menu for an extra fee.
