Growth Slows in TSP Funds
Despite a slowing rate of return, all Thrift Savings Plan portfolios increased in value for the third consecutive month in October.
  - The C Fund, composed of common stocks, performed best with a 2.34% increase in October and 17.49% growth since January.
 
  - The I Fund's international investments gained 2.13% in October, achieving a 28.01% return so far this year.
 
  - The S Fund, comprising small- and mid-size businesses, rose 1.16% in October, with a 12.47% performance in 2025.
 
  - The F Fund, focused on fixed income, gained 0.62% in October, increasing its 2025 returns to 6.80%.
 
  - The G Fund, made up of government securities, increased by 0.36% in October, with a 3.72% growth since January.
 
All lifecycle (L) funds posted gains as they shift toward more conservative investments as participants near retirement.
