The Financial Times published its new “Europe's Diversity Leaders 2026” ranking, highlighting the 800 European companies best representing diversity and inclusion. Arkema reached the Top 100 this year, securing the 94th place — a notable rise from 288th in 2025.
Among French companies, Arkema ranks 15th (up from 60th) and 3rd in its industrial sector. The ranking is based 70% on employee surveys and 30% on measurable diversity indicators — such as the representation of women in leadership, inclusive communication practices, and external data analysis.
“This good ranking for Arkema is something to be proud of! It is objective recognition that diversity and inclusion are concrete levers for commitment and progress at all levels of the Group. It confirms that our approach is bearing fruit: for us, inclusion is not a concept, it is a deep conviction that drives our teams on a daily basis. It is based on respect, tolerance, and openness. We must continue to make our Group an inclusive ecosystem, a place where every talent can find their place and flourish, and where every voice counts, regardless of origin, nationality, gender, or even age.”
The complete ranking and methodology are available on the Financial Times website.
Arkema’s leap into the Top 100 of the Financial Times’ Diversity Leaders list underscores its steady progress in building an inclusive and equitable company culture.
