Condor brings curtain down on Boeing 757 operations

Condor Ends Boeing 757 Operations with Farewell Flight

German leisure airline Condor has concluded 35 years of Boeing 757 service by conducting a special farewell flight using the last aircraft in its fleet. On November 5, 2025, the Boeing 757-300, registered as D-ABOM and painted in a distinctive red-and-white candy-striped livery, flew a round trip from Frankfurt to Vienna carrying over 100 passengers before being retired from commercial service.

History of Boeing 757 in Condor’s Fleet

For more than three decades, the slender Boeing 757 was a key part of Condor's short- and medium-haul operations. The airline operated a total of 27 Boeing 757s: 18 of the 757-200 model and nine 757-300s, according to ch-aviation. In recent weeks, most of these aircraft were retired, with several ferried to the UK’s Cotswold Airport for dismantling.

The Final Flight Details

"The farewell flight brought together loyal staff, media, and passionate fans to celebrate an iconic aircraft's service with Condor."

This event marked the final chapter of the Boeing 757's long-standing role in Condor's fleet.
