In Catanduanes, residents of Pandan are facing severe damage after the typhoon struck the province on Sunday, November 9, 2025. Meanwhile, in Imus City, Cavite, local authorities have temporarily suspended vehicle clamping from November 9 to 10 to facilitate safer parking.

The New Imus City Government Center has also opened its parking facilities until November 10 to accommodate vehicles that must be evacuated from flooded zones.
