Louis Maruk Crowned Champion at Royal Victoria Marathon
Despite a light shower and temperatures below 10 C, thousands of runners finished the Royal Victoria Marathon.
Vancouver's Louis Marmar Maruk won with a time of 2:24:29, while Lethbridge's Cassandra de Winter was the first woman to finish in 2:39:51.
It feels so nice
Maruk thanked his coach and the Vancouver Falcons running club. He improved his time by nearly 20 minutes from last year's 2:43:53.
