Price County Boy Wins 2025 National Mullet Championship

A 10-year-old from Price County is celebrating after being recognized for his iconic hairstyle.

Colton Goll began growing his award-winning mullet, the "Coltinator," three years ago. He was inspired to pursue the competition after witnessing another Wisconsinite win the title before.

The competition partnered with Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors, an organization that provides mortgage-free, accessible homes to combat-wounded veterans.

100% of the donations that are raised during this competition go directly to housing for wounded warriors

said Goll's mom, Kendra Shipley. Contestants rely on a combination of fan votes, donations, and scores from celebrity judges. During the competition, Goll raised over $3,000.
