Oregon Book Awards Authors Tour
The Oregon Book Awards Authors Tour will visit Eastern Oregon from October 16-18, 2025, with stops in Pendleton, Enterprise, and Baker City.
Residents of Wallowa, Baker, and Umatilla counties will have the opportunity to hear readings by the winners of this year's Oregon Book Awards.
- Pendleton: Thursday, October 16, as part of the First Draft Writers' Series at Pendleton Center for the Arts
- Enterprise and Baker City: October 17-18
The tour is coordinated by Literary Arts, a nonprofit organization in Portland that supports reading and writing.
The tour brings authors to small towns in Oregon that might not have the chance to hear the authors' work.
The event aims to encourage the next generation in reading and writing efforts.
