James Bissonnette is building on Ferris Home Hardware's legacy with more inventory, a larger product mix, and a customer-first approach.
The business property in the Nipissing Plaza has been rooted in hardware for over sixty years, with its name changing a few times.
"The previous owner Andre Lacroix started with Ace Hardware, and then PRO Hardware and Home Hardware,"
explained Bissonnette, who has been working to increase product and customer flow over the past year.
- Increased productivity by ensuring no empty shelving.
- Added $200,000 to $250,000 in inventory.
Bissonnette will showcase his plans at the Grand Re-opening on October 18th.
