Before the ACA, this individual faced significant challenges in obtaining health insurance, with companies either denying him coverage or quoting unaffordable rates of $2,000 to $3,000 per month.
The ACA tax credits enabled him to find an affordable plan, receive life-saving heart surgery, and regain his quality of life.
Today, this individual runs his business, supports his family, and provides insurance for six employees.
