Half Yours won the Melbourne Cup under jockey Jamie Melham, who became the second woman to ride the winner of the famous race.
Trained by Tony and Calvin McEvoy, Half Yours was sent off at 8/1, following a victory in the Caulfield Cup last month.
HerStory 🤩@jamieleemelham becomes the first female jockey ever to complete the Cups double, guiding HALF YOURS to victory in the 2025 Lexus Melbourne Cup.
This achievement comes ten years after Michelle Payne's victory on Prince of Penzance.
